The Heritage Tree Garden
Exchange your vows beneath our beautiful heritage tree, surrounded by the established gardens of The Elopement House. This picturesque setting offers a private and intimate atmosphere for a small wedding ceremony shared with your closest family and friends.
VENUE HIRE
$600
Includes private use of The Heritage Tree Garden for up to 30 minutes, a timber arbour styled with beautiful faux flowers, signing table, 10 styled white Americana chairs, carpet aisle runner and faux petals.
The Candlelight Room
A warm and intimate indoor setting, ideal for winter weddings and cold-weather ceremonies. The soft glow of candlelight and a beautifully illuminated fireplace create an elegant, romantic atmosphere in which to exchange your vows.
VENUE HIRE
$600
Includes private use of the Candlelight Room for up to 30 minutes, a styled arbour, atmospheric battery-operated candlelight, aisle runner and signing table. Seating is provided for up to 8 guests, with standing room available for an additional 2 - 4 guests.
The Garden Pavillion
A beautiful covered ceremony location overlooking the gardens, perfect for couples wanting an outdoor atmosphere with the reassurance of overhead protection.
VENUE HIRE
$500
Includes private use of The Garden Pavillion for up to 30 minutes, a beautifully styled pergola featuring beautiful faux white flowers and native foliage, aisle runner and signing table. Seating for up to 10 guests, with standing room available or white ceremony chairs for $5 each. A maximum of 10 chairs are available.
The Garden Lawn
Exchange your vows beneath our handcrafted timber arbour, surrounded by beautiful gardens. This relaxed lawn setting provides ample standing space for your closest family and friends to share in the moment.
VENUE HIRE
$500
Includes private use of the Garden Lawn for up to 30 minutes, styled timber arbour and signing table. Due to the gentle slope, seating is limited. Up to four white Americana chairs can be safely provided for elderly guests or anyone requiring seating for an additional $5 per chair.
The Garden Path
Follow the winding garden path to a charming ceremony setting beneath a beautifully styled branch of our Heritage Gum, forming a natural arbour. Surrounded by natural beauty, the path creates a picturesque aisle and a memorable arrival as you make your way towards your partner.
VENUE HIRE
$450
Includes private use of the Garden Walk for up to 30 minutes, styling of the Heritage Gum tree branch arbour and a signing table. Standing room is available for up to 10 guests. Alternatively, up to 10 styled white Americana chairs can be provided for an additional $5 per chair.
The Waterfall
Perfect for couples seeking an intimate ceremony, the Waterfall Garden offers a romantic setting surrounded by natural stonework, lush gardens and the gentle sound of cascading water. This location is best suited to the couple and up to six guests, creating a private and meaningful ceremony shared with your closest loved ones.
VENUE HIRE
$250
Includes private use of the Waterfall Garden for up to 30 minutes and signing table for a up to 30 minutes. Standing room is available for up to 10 guests. Alternatively, up to 10 styled white Americana chairs can be provided for an additional $5 per chair.
The Library
Our private Library offers an elegant and intimate setting for couples choosing a simple legal marriage ceremony. Designed for the couple, celebrant and the two required witnesses, it provides a quiet and private space to exchange your vows.
VENUE HIRE
$300
Includes private use of The Library for simple ceremonies and front gardens for up to 60 minutes.
If you don't have your own witnesses, we're happy to provide professional witnesses for $50 per witness.

Professional Hair & Makeup
Begin your wedding day feeling relaxed, confident and photo-ready.
One of our Platinum-level artists from the award-winning Magical Makeovers team will create a beautifully personalised hair and makeup look, carefully tailored to complement your features, wedding dress and individual style.
Your bridal experience includes:
• Professional bridal hair styling
• Professional bridal makeup application
• Premium false lashes (if desired)
• Up to 90 minutes' access to the private getting ready suites prior to your ceremony
• Complimentary use of a cathedral veil (if desired)

Bridal and Groom Suites
Begin your wedding day in the comfort of a private bridal or groom suite, thoughtfully prepared to create a relaxed, enjoyable and stress free start to your celebration.
Your suite includes:
• A private onsite space to get ready before your ceremony
• No travel between locations or unnecessary time pressure
• A beautiful setting for cohesive getting ready photographs
• A seamless transition from your suite to your ceremony
• Complimentary use of a cathedral veil
•A choice of three beautiful faux floral bridal bouquets (if desired)Suite access is available for up to 90 minutes before your ceremony.
Complimentary with Hair and Makeup
When you book Magical Makeovers for professional hair and makeup, complimentary use of the bridal or groom suite is included.
If you choose to use your own hair and makeup artists, do your own hair and makeup, or have other beauty suppliers attend, a suite may be hired for $200 for up to 90 minutes.
As external suppliers will be attending a private residence, a copy of each supplier’s current Public Liability Insurance certificate must be provided before the booking.
